The PK-232 has 2 FSK outputs - FSK and FSKR - One or the other gets you the
"right" polarity.  Which is "right" depends on your specific rig.  This is
explained in the PK-232 manual.

Newer rigs have menu items that let you choose FSK or FSK Rev - Again, which
is "right" depends on which rig you have.  You just try it - Hopefully you
can tell by listening with a monitor when you have it correct.  Otherwise
someone can listen for you on the air.

If you have a homebrew transistor interface, you can reverse the polarity by
changing how you wire the transistor.  I would hope that the RigBlaster has
a switch or jumper or otherwise a way to change FSK keying polarity.
