Yes, this works, too. An upgrade can only reach back so far--but always
at least one year. Since you have to get a new code once a year, and you
should get a new full kit at that time, then you should never see the
the "member not found" problem.

If, instead, you install every single upgrade as it comes out, you also
won't see the problem.
