[WriteLog] Problem with ANARTS scoring

I'm setting up ANARTS and making some test entries, but the scoring
isn't working.  Only VK stations show any points at all; other countries
appear in the band summary window showing DX, CA and CO, but the total
score remains zero.

Perhaps an entry missing in the .ini file?  I browsed the manual but
found no clues.

Any suggestions appreciated.
