This has caused no end of problems, but with the condx so poor, I've had
plenty of time to correct them. That is if I remember to watch for it.
And then there are the ops who call CQ, acknowledge a call, then hang
silently -- expecting callers to send reports first ... or so I guess. But
that's another story...
