[WriteLog] WF1b/Writelog format SP contest

Ooo err!

I've already sent off my log in Cabrillo format produced by the SP7DQR
converter. It seemed to work so well too!  I had to key in SO AB RTTY as it
wasn't a category in the drop down list but that was hardly a problem.
However, if the contest manager doesn't accept Cabrillo I guess that's
another matter entirely!

I did send the file with a note asking if Cabrillo was acceptable.  I guess
I will wait a few days to see if I get any feedback before doing anything
else.
