[WriteLog] GA QSP Module

We are very fortunate to have someone who intends to provide a contest module 
for the GA QSP. However, he is not sure he will have it finished in time for 
use by GQP this July. If there is enough interest, he will try.

Please e-mail to me answers to the following so I can compile and forward the 
info:

1) Would you use the module in the GQP if it is available?

2) Would you be willing to test the module.
