[WriteLog] NEQP software?

I'm new to Writelog.... just got it downloaded late last week.
Not yet set up but am struggling and working my way (with Elmer help)
to getting it on the air. 

Here's my question...
Is there someone who is developing the software for the New England QSO
Party? If so, where can I download it?

NEQP is run  the 1st weekend in May.
