I don't think the price of the book is significant. there are tutorials on
just about everything on the net. But, last time I looked, I think it would
have cost $75 - 100 to buy the compiler. Has that changed?
What is the minimum compiler required? I have an old DOS based C compiler
here now, and an early Windows one as well, but suspect they are not up to
the task.
