After I finally typed in the correct callsign for the NU station on this
reflector, Allan, VE7XB came up with the solution. He first posted it a day
or so ago. His solution, and it worked for me, was to go to Windows
Explorer, go into WL "Namedmul.ini" file and scroll down until you find the
RAC Contest. Open the file using Wordpad or Notepad and edit the file by
entering VY0=NU and then save the file. Go back to your RAC contest file in
WL and do a recalculate score. Your WSO and Mult credit will then show up.
