I posted a note to the WL reflector re this problem a week or so ago. VY0
(Nunavit) is not listed as a RAC Contest multiplier. Using Windows explorer,
go into WL "Namedmul.ini" file and scroll down until you find the RAC
Contests. Assuming that you have opened the file using "WordPad or Notepad"
, edit the file by entering VY0=NU, and then save the file. Go back to your
RAC contest file in WL and do a recalculate score. Your QSO and Mult credit
will then show up.
