[WriteLog] MMTTY Setup Problems

Will it ever end???!!!  I launched WL to setup the macros.  Previously,
MITTY had been setup with just the tuning screen.  This time, MITTY didn't
come up automatically.  When I clicked MITTY in the Mode menu of RTTYrite, I
go an error message that said 'Failed to create a custom TNC handler;
WL.WIMMTty TNC.1'.

What does anyone make of this?
