[WriteLog] check time first

I did not notice my laptop computer time had drifted until right at
the end of the contest.  It was 7 minutes fast.  Cannot blame Writelog
for getting all the times wrong in that case.  As I only had 125 contacts
from playing about in the SSB contest a few hours at home, it was not
too hard to edit the Cabrillo format file and adjust it a bit, but it
was silly not to check the computer time before I started logging!
