[WriteLog] On screen bandmap(s)

Despite all the good advice I was given, I still cannot get the 
bandmaps to stay on screen. As soon as the cursor is placed in 
the QSO entry box they are minimised.

I cannot seem to obviate this, and it really makes the facility 
useless. I really must be doing something daft, but just cannot 
see what it is.

Your fresh perspective on this would be appreciated.
