Actually there are four countries with the FO prefix. The fourth is
Clipperton.
It is not necessary to insert an FO, in the Cliperton line, but won't hurt.
If you do insert the FO, in the Cliperton line, there will be four countries
that come up as ambiguous whenever you enter an FO station in the log.

Subject: Re: [WriteLog] Update of CTY files
There are three countries that have the prefix of FO - French Polynesia,
Marquesas, and Austral Islands. FO/HG9B is in the Austral Isl. and
FO/SP9FIH is in Marquesas. Of course these are all part of French
Polynesia, but are different multipliers for the contests.
In order to make WriteLog score these stations correctly, I did the
following:
Open the file wl-cty.dat using a standard test only editor such as notepad.
Find the entries for French Polynesia, Austral Islands and Marquesas.
Insert FO, in front of FO/HG9B and insert FO, in front of FO/SP9FIH. Save
the file and exit the editor.
Now run the convert from CTY to Writelog program.
When you enter FO/HG9B, it will be an ambiguous entry and you will be given
the option of selecting which country F.A. or M.
This will save lots of headaches if you work these two stations on several
bands.
If the above is too complicated, email me and I'll send you the modified
WL_CTY.DAT file.
