[WriteLog] Changing Bandmap subband limit?

How do I change them?

On the Bandmap, if you have activated the feature that shows the usual 
limits of the mode you are using, it shows a color band extending from the 
lower to upper limit. On mine right now, the default for RTTY on 20M is 
14.0 to 14.1

For JARTS, I would like to change this to the Japanese band limits of 14.07 
- 14.112.

I can't find anything on making this change.

Anybody?
