Nope. WriteLog has an optional entry that makes it more CT Compatible. For
most of us, that means the F1 key can be used as the CQ message - whereas in
standard Windows programs, F1 is the standard Help key. If you have the
standard WriteLog program and hit F1, you get the Help menu. If you make it
CT compatible through the WriteLog.ini file entry, hitting F1 in the Entry
Window means it sends the message (typically the CQ message) in the F11
message buffer.

The problem in previous versions was that you could hit F1, for example,
from the Log window (not the Entry Window) and you'd get the Help screen
even though you were supposed to be CT compatible and wanted to send the CQ
message. This version is meant so that you can't get the standard Help
window by pressing F1 from any WriteLog window, not just only from the QSO
Entry Window.
