[WriteLog] Russian Contest

Hello,

Just got back and trying to get in the Russian RTTY Contest.  Selected the
Russian DX Contest, but none of the function keys work.  The Alt-K works
and function keys for other contests, ARRL RU, ANARTS, etc work.
