[WriteLog] OLE Problem

         Having a problem getting the RTTYRite window up.  When loading old 
contests, or trying with a new one, I get the following error: CAN'T CREATE 
RTTY OLE AUTOMATION OBJECT.
         I've tried removing and reinstalling.  This first occurred after 
loading Ver. 10.26B over 10.22C.
         Has anyone seen this before, or know how to fix it?
