[WriteLog] 4mhz Crystal

I must be blind, as usual.  I've been checking the web site and my help
file but can't find it.

Whats the part number for the 4mhz crystal in the outboard keyer.  I
have the older chip, but it should be pleny for solving the choppy cw
for now.  I only have one rig so theres no need for the assembled
outboard keyer for now.

If any one has an extra crystal laying around they want to sell let me
know.  Otherwise I'll order one.
