An alternative to Tardis that I use is About Time (www.arachnoid.com).
It includes server functions, supports Win95/98/Me/NT/2000 and is free.
I enable the servers (Daytm/TCP, Time/TCP, Time/UDP, SNTP) on my main
machine and point all the other machines on the LAN to it ...
