1. In the entry window, I don't see a place to enter the exchange from an
HQ station or the "AC", "R1", "R2" and "R3" that Administrative Council and
IARU Regional Executives give. Where does that go in the entry window?
2. Does Writelog figure out which are HQ stations and score them correctly
(... are all HQ stations identified by an HQ suffix? Or is there a list
embedded somewhere in Writelog?)
3. What is the "C" field for? I think it is to resolve ambiguities in
prefix, but I can't find an example that demonstrates this. For example,
every "JD1" call that I try comes up Ogasawara, so there is no suggested
alternative to resolve between Oga and Minami.
