I dont think there is a way to send the numerals as cut letters. If you put
the numbers in your buffer eg. %C 5NN %3 it will send T characters for
leading zero's but zero for any within the number.
I still have an open verdict on cut numbers, too many repeats needed
especially in high qrm levels, the repeats offset the time taken to send the
full number.
