In testing, I have found that in the EA Contest module new DXCC entities that
are multipliers and are not JA, K, VE or VK call areas do not show up as
new multipliers in the entry window, in the packet spots window or on the
bandmap and highlight green and not yellow in the RTTYrite window.
However, they do score as new multipliers when logged. So the scoring
does look OK. JA, K, VE and VK call areas do show up as new multipliers.
Only other DXCC entities do not show up as new multipliers when they are new.
