[WriteLog] tuning with the mouse wheel

Hi folks --

   Is anyone successfully using tuning with a mouse wheel?

   I have a Micro Innovations dual-wheel mouse, but WL doesn't seem to 
recognize either mouse wheel.  My wheels work fine in other
Windows applications; e.g., vertical and horizontal scrolling inside Excel.  So 
it's not a hardware failure.
