The first thing I tried was to look in the help file for the
message memory % command for "Send the following message on the
inactive radio." In TRLog, for example, it is CTRL-A. I couldn't
find one in Writelog.
The second thing I tried was, while copying the exchange on radio 1,
to briefly arrow-down to activate radio 2, hit the cq F-key, and
arrow back up to radio 1 so I could enter the exchange data that
the first guy was sending to me. Unfortunately, when I arrowed back up to
radio 1, the cq would then be immediately diverted to radio 1,
obliterating the exchange that I was trying to copy!
So what am I missing?
I also have another question. How do you enter a few practice qso's
into the log to make sure everything is working ok, and then erase those
qso's to start at 001 again without deleting the entire contest
setup? What file(s) do I need to delete, or what do I have to do?
Thanks.
