I just have to remind that I've posted several times to this list about
Byterunner having ADMITTED problems with their PCI card "on some
systems" and recommended against it if at all possible. If you check
out the most obvious things and it still doesn't work, give Byterunner a
call. After about 10 minutes, the tech admitted there were problems and
told me to send it back for a refund. Mine was the 8-port PCI card and
my experience was about a year ago. GL
