[WriteLog] Sprint Module

I've been trying to set up for the sprint and when I opened the Internet
Sprint Contest Module I uncovered a small window with "Transmit Name"
button and a "Transmit Previous Name" title greyed out. It can be "x'ed"
closed but only drops down into the task bar. What is this for? I don't
see how I'll need it.
