[WriteLog] Question concerning Writelog for ARRL DX contest

Hi,

I am new at using Writelog and I find that the log for the ARRLDX
contest does not have an entry for the state in the exchange that I
send. I believe that I haven't set somthing write and unable to locate
the problem. I sent 59MA and thought that would be a defaut that was set
in the log. Can anyone tell me how to set it up right? I will appreciate
any help with this.
