Answer to question 2 is Ctrl-T. Gives you a little window with the spot, then
just hit Enter and it will be sent.
Question 3 - it should save your lat and long when you Save the file Ctrl-S
or File menu and Save.
Don't have rotor control so can't answer Question 1.
