Use the FixedSys font. It is a standard Windows font and has slashed zeros.
You can't get a slashed zero from fonts that don't already have it - if
you've been able to do it elsewhere, it's not really a zero but a foreign
language character (like umlaut, diacritic, etc.) The FixedSys font is
pretty easy to read and makes it obvious whether you've typed a zero or an
ohh...
I thought I posted about that a couple weeks ago but it apparently never
made it to the reflector..
