It's probably worth clarifying that, according to the Cabrillo spec, the
mode must be added at the **END** of the CATEGORY line only. Also, the mode
is only necessary for SINGLE-OP entries - MULTI-OP entries don't need to
worry about it since they are mixed-mode entries only.
This seems like a pretty big hole in WriteLog that's going to accidentally
trip up a lot of people who don't know it's a problem!
Not sure how the ARRL will handle those logs that get sent in but don't
have the MODE included - have CC'd Dan Henderson so the ARRL is aware of
the potential problem.
