[WriteLog] My error with dupesheet

Sorry, but I screwed up with that dupesheet business.  I thought I had
checked carefully and noted some missing callls, but I later realized
the missing calls from the one band dupesheet I saved were on a
different band.

My apologies.  Next time I will use my glasses to be sure of the
frequency of the QSO.  WriteLog did its job perfectly.
