[WriteLog] Errors in dupesheet

I just noticed that a number of calls were not listed in the dupesheet
file from CQWW.  When browsing on into the printed log file, they are
there, for sure, with contact number, but are not listed in the
dupesheet.  Big problem.  Has anyone seen this before?
