[WriteLog] IC761 works with 9k6 but not 1k2

Hi there,

after experimenting this sunday and opening my IC761 to
verify the communication settings, I found that WL rig
control works with my rig set to 9600Bd but not with
1200Bd. With other programs it works on both settings.

I have no idea why this should be so. I first thought it
could have something to do with the Icom "Transceive"
Setting (where the rig automatically transmits any change
in mode or frequency) and more collision of data packets
with lower speeds, but switching Transceive off made no
difference.

I now left the rig on 9600Bd and it works for me.
Funny still...
