Seems clear, and sensible, to me. After a year's ownership, you pay an
annual subscription fee of $30 if you want ANY new software - upgrades,
updates, whatever.
I hope the new revenue stream will afford Wayne the ability to devote the
necessary resources to WL development/maintenance/support.
