[WriteLog] 2 radios: Up Arrow & Down Arrow bad idea

Using up and down arrow to switch between radios is a bad idea.  The
reason is because your hand has to leave the normal resting
position.  When you switch between radios 5000+ times in a weekend, this
is a big deal.  

Can switching radios be mapped to other keys like the period key?  I would
like to switch with that key because it doesn't require any movement of
my hand, just a finger.
