[WriteLog] Cabrillo Format Problem

Been trying to create a cabrillo file for cqww and ss submission.

However, when I choose cabillo and enter my zone I cannot choose any of
the categories, i.e. category, power, mode etc.  All the pull down
menu's are blank, and I can't type any info in them.

This is a new install of 10.2 that Ron sent me to solve another
problem.  Where does the cabrillo file get the category info from the
.ini file?
