[WriteLog] "out of band" enhancement

I agree with AE2F.... it would be great if writelog could be setup to warn
of out-of-band operation, plus distinguishing the packet spots. Colors would
be an excellent way to do it. An overall custom setup would be the best, so
it could be tailored to an individual's license priveleges plus band
preferences.
