[WriteLog] Downloaded CTY files not working?

How does one download the Reisert cty/wcty1002 file and convert it?  I 
downloaded the wcty/cty.zip file onto a floppy and put the floppy in my 
laptop that has Writelog.  What do I do next?  I've tried a few things that 
don't work.
