[WriteLog] CQ/DJ Rtty Test

If I send the contest Cabrillo  file to CQ via email, do I
still need to send the paper summary sheet that is signed?
Or do I send the Cabrillo file (on disk) and the signed
summary sheet via snail-mail?  (I know this is probably a
dumb question, but I haven't submitted a contest log in some
time.)  Thanks for any/all answers.
