[WriteLog] Contest Results

I just wanted to ask a quick question.  Why are contest results posting to
this reflector?  I don't think the FAQ on this reflector includes that
as a subject.  I have seen the same people post their results on:
3830
RTTY
and now Writelog...
Is the idea to make sure you don't miss someone?
