[WriteLog] CQ WW RTTY comments/question

Thanks John, you caught me! You're absolutely right, I did
indeed use the TxD line for FSK, not RTS as I wrote. I was
looking at the schematic I had marked up to remove the source of
+12 volts from the RTS pin to take it to my external source and my
fingers didn't read my mind (again).

Nobody's prefect!
