[WriteLog] HO1A on RTTY

Does anyone know if HO1A/Panama will be on RTTY before or after the CQWW 
contest?  I will be unable to be on during the contest.  When I asked last 
night about RTTY, they said "in contest".  Does that mean nothing before/after?
