Well, I guess I need to learn more about the time zones around the
world:-) Thanks to those that set me straight, and the problem was the
wrong setting for the UTC zone in Windoze.
And for the person that doesn't remember the evironment variables for
DOS,
SET TZ='zone' 'offset' 'zone' is supposed to tell the applications how you
have set the system clock.. now a big joke since most Windoze software
doesn't seem to pay any attention to what DOS says.. but there are still
some DOS based programs that need this to know how to handle the clock.
Again, thanks to all for the help.. will have the logs in good shape
from
now on..
