[WriteLog] Missing File

Thanks to those who responded: Bruce, Don, Ron.  I followed Bruce's
instructions for restoring the missing file and all was fine.  Since Don
got the same message, perhaps there is an element missing in the
download.  Ron, thanks for the help.  I already had fixed it with
Bruce's suggestion.
