I think the easiest way is to use the keyboard!
(Sorry, I couldn't resist).
Since Field Day only requires dupe sheets to be submitted, you can just type
the QSOs in with the appropriate frequency setting. Don't worry about what
time is assigned to the QSO. WL does have tools to edit and extrapolate
times if you want to make the log accurate.
