I am sending this again, I got only one reply suggesting I check and see if
my comm keying circuit works. As stated below it works with other programs. I
sure could use some help on this. SMQ.....
Ok Fellas, I have searched and scrounged my way to glory.(i think) I have
gotten WL set up for CW, RTTY, PSK31, and SSB....... All memories set,
screens set, played .wav files, sent digital signals all through my speakers
successfully... Everything works GREAT......Except (bang of hammer)
I use a serial port keyer (CT,NA,WR9R, Digipan keyer). It works great in CW
mode. But when I plug it into either my mic or aux. keying port and try to
set it up to PTT the rig for TTY or SSB, it does nothing. It works great with
all the other programs that use comm port keying. I hope that someone can
tell me the simple thing I missed in the setup section that will let me key
the rig. I use a TS-450 and a TS-120 for rigs and I would rather not use the
VOX as the 120 VOX is not too good (on mine at least).
Thanks for the help, I have had a great time learning all this software can
do and have only scratched the surface of it.......
