[WriteLog] network cluster

I would like to integrate the oh2aq dx site into my writelog but my
internet connection is thru my cable tv company. My service is telephone
line out and cable tv coax in. It is like a network and not a tcp/ip
connection.
Can anyone advise me how to make it play?
