[VHFcontesting] Icom IC-471 repair question

I recently purchased a very nice condition 471A radio. Knowing it had a problem 
and looking for a winter project. The problem is no USB or LSB. CW and FM work 
fine. I have traced the issue to lack of voltage at the SSB oscillator circuit. 
Has anyone had this issue with a 271 or 471 radio ? Thanks Mike
