Just turned on the rig and transverter to let them warm up. This will be the
2nd stress test of my new antennas. I'll be looking south towards Atlanta as
well as other directions tonight in between catching the huge number of
stations up in New England.

Subject: [222Activity] 222 Nite Tuesday Evening
This is a tad late, but this is Tuesday and a great time to be on 222 mhz and
work a bunch of other 222 fanatics. all you need is a 222 Mhz radio and you
can be hanging out with the cool kids on 222 for the evening. Activity starts
about 2300 UT and goes for about 2 hours plus or minus. It is a good idea to
monitor the oN4KST chat page and even post to spot yourself if you are off the
beaten track. It helps to let people know you are there.
there might be a little local enhancement along the east coast as the night
wears on. at least there are no tornadoes or hurricane winds to contend with.
SEE you there!
